Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information SERA·IQ collects when you visit seraiq.io or join our waitlist, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the waitlist and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your information.

01Who we are

SERA·IQ ("we," "us," "our") operates the website at seraiq.io. The site is run by TODO(operator): legal entity / individual name. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@seraiq.io.

02Information we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect:

• Email address. Provided by you so we can send the digest and product updates.
• Plan preference. The optional "free" or "paid Pro" choice, if you select one. This helps us decide what to build first.

When your browser makes the request, our server also records basic technical metadata:

• IP address and browser user agent, used to prevent spam and abuse of the form.
• Timestamp and a source label identifying which page the request came from.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site, and we do not run cross-site analytics on the waitlist page. We do not knowingly collect any other personal information, and we do not ask for payment details at this stage.

03How we use it

• To add you to the waitlist and send the SERA·IQ digest and launch updates you signed up for.
• To understand demand between the free and paid tiers so we can prioritize features.
• To detect and block spam, bots, and abuse of the signup form.
• To comply with legal obligations where they apply.

For visitors in the EU or UK, our lawful bases are your consent for the email signup and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure for the request metadata.

04How it is stored and shared

Subscriber records are written to a private, access-restricted file on our hosting account that is not reachable from the public internet. We retain waitlist data only as long as needed to run the waitlist and the digest, or until you ask us to delete it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it with service providers that operate the site on our behalf, such as our hosting provider and, when launched, an email delivery provider. Those providers may process data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

05Email and unsubscribe

Every email we send will include a one-click unsubscribe link and our postal mailing address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. You can opt out at any time, and we will stop sending you messages. Our mailing address is TODO(operator): physical postal address required for CAN-SPAM.

06Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of marketing email, and to ask us not to sell your data (we do not sell it). California residents have these rights under the CCPA and CPRA, and EU and UK residents have them under the GDPR. To make a request, email privacy@seraiq.io and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

07Children

SERA·IQ is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
