A raise filed several times is counted once.
One raise, one count
When several vehicles of one fund report the fund's running total, we count the fund's new money once.
Amounts left out
Amounts our review finds no real raise supports are listed, with the reason, and left out of our totals.
As filed
Every filing is shown as filed. Filers can make mistakes, and we show what they filed without changing it. We do not guarantee that any filing or figure is complete or error-free.
Every figure names its source, and every figure from a filing opens the filing it came from.
